The crisper drawer supports had broken and the crisper drawer was sitting on the top of the meat drawer.

No tools were required.
Repair & Advice
This was a simple repair. I removed the old crisper drawer support frame, cleaned up the glass top, and put the new cover frame on top of the supports in the refrigerator walls. Easy peasy.
