First remove all the wash baskets and the manifold pipe from topside of the water distributor Remove and Clean water filters, save to re install in replacement sump/wash motor assembly later. Use Shop vacuum to remove water from sump. Go to bottom side and remove Drain Pump by removing electrical connector and depressing lock rotate 1/4 turn counter clockwise clean O Ring on drain pump and set aside to reassemble into new sump. Remove turbidity sensor by 1/4 counter clockwise. Clean and set aside to reinstall into new sump. Turn the three Locking Tabs holding in the sump to the tub. Push up on the sump and carefully lift out. There is still more wires to remove once sump is resting inside of the tub. Remove wash motor connector, diverter motor connector and diverter tracking switch wire. Take pictures of wires before removing as a reference to ensure wires are reinstalled on the new sump properly. Once all wires are removed, remove sump. Install new Sump reattaching wires previously taken off referring to pictures previously taken if need help finding wire locations. Make sure all the wires can fit down through the hole of the tub properly and angle the pump through the tub hole, using the elongated hole to drop down the drain pump connection through the hole. Spray soapy water on the sump seal before pushing it into the tub opening for ease of locking down the sump. Once the sump is pushed into the tub opening, lock the sump using the three locking tabs moved out of the way previously on the old sump. Once the sump is seated and locking tabs are fully engaged against the tub,then reinstall turbidity sensor, using silicone grease on the the o ring. Same applies to drain pump. Lubricated O ring with silicone grease align drain pump and 1/4 clockwise to lock in position. Check all wiring is attached to proper places and not crimped. Install Filters and manifold pipe. Run unit check for leaks.
