Basically first shutdown electricity to the stove. Unscrew the oven bottom panel and remove. This will expose the heating element. Unscrew the element from the inner bottom panel and from the oven back panel and disconnect the element from the electric wires. Replace with the new heating element and screw back the element to the back panel and the inner bottom panel. Place the bottom panel back to cover the element and screw it back. Turn on the electricity to the stove and test the oven.

Really easy take out a few skrews and and pull out wire clamps and and install. Oh yea, turned off breaker before installing.
