Water dispenser on GE refrigerator would not work.

Wrench, nut driver, screwdriver.

The water dispenser on our GE refrigerator stopped working -- a little water would come out and then it would make a grinding noise. I found a message board where other people described the same problem and suggested replacing the water filter head and tube assembly. I also found a video that showed how to do it. It was fairly easy to follow the video. The only two difficulties I encountered were that I owned only one 1/2" wrench, and the video showed that you needed two to disconnect the water line (I ended up getting a second, and it was much easier doing it with the two wrenches, instead of using a 1/2" wrench and an adjustable wrench). Also, I had to buy a thinner nut driver because it's a very tight squeeze to rotate the nut driver inside the refrigerator, and the driver I owned was too thick in the handle to be able to turn. But other than that, it was easy to follow the online video and it resolved the problem.
