Problem
Upper rack would rock back and forth when loaded and felt ready to break and fall. Found the rack support lower cup broken allowing the rack to wobble.
Tools
None. Support just snaps over wire rack bars.
Repair & Advice
Removed the upper rack by releasing the tabs on the bottom front of the height adjusters at the slide rails. Lift up and forward and remove the rack from the slide rails. Sit the rack upside down and pop the rear support off the bars of the rack in the right rear corner of the upper rack. You have to tilt and twist the part to get out from between the wire rack bars. It took a little oomph to get the new one to twist and snap back in over the bars, but once in it locks into place easily. I did notice mine was still slightly wobbly after replacement. I noticed the hook at the front of the right side rack height adjuster wasn't catching the wire of the basket and would pop past it. I then took and gently bent the basket wire back until it was all the way tight to the hook and it now fits tight and the rack feels much sturdier.
