Problem
We began to experience poor washing capability and discovered that the spray arms were clogged due to the chopper was destroyed and needed replaced as well.
Tools
The upper arm was removed using a flat heat screw driver.
Repair & Advice
There is a retainer pin that is holding the upper spray arm on and this pin will most likely break as you remove the spray arm, so spend the extra money and order a new retainer pin for the new upper spray arm.

Problem
The top washing arm wouldn't stay attached
Tools
My own fingers is all that was needed
Repair & Advice
This part was relatively simple to replace. I removed the upper washer arm from the tray by clipping it. Once I had it on the counter upsidedown I put the new part in place and twisted the nut on tight with my fingers until it locked in place
