See above. But also, I do need a replacement cook top for the same gas stove top. After getting a referral from the appliance store for a much more expense website, I found yours. When I am ready to replace the cook top, I will be ordering again. Thanks for the quick ship of the knob, the very reasonable prices, and easy to use website.

Problem
The original and replacement knobs for our stove have a stainless shell over a plastic base. If someone no familiar with the stove such as a family member forces the knob in the wrong direction on the stud of the valve the plastic cracks. They knew this was a problem so the put a little metal sleeve around this part on the back of the knob. Luckily The Parts Dr keeps this knobs in stock. I keep a spare around now because I know it’s going to happen. The new ones just pop right on and match perfectly.

Plastic on back of knob broke when the knob was forced in the wrong direction.

I ordered the new knobs easily with the correct model number found on the bottom of the unit. Two days later they arrived. I pulled off old knob replaced it with the new one and it works perfectly. The knobs are OEM and you can’t even tell which one was replaced.
