Problem
Oven door gasket had broken in one place, rendering it only partially effective.
Tools
Needlenose pliers.
Repair & Advice
Removed old door gasket by pulling out each metal clip with needlenose pliers. Replaced the old gasket with the new one by inserting each metal clasp/hook in the appropriate holes.

Problem
Leaky oven door seal
Tools
Long nose plier, flathead screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Look at the new seal carefully. It fits one way only. The position of hooks can only line up one way. Notice the bottom middle of old seal is the good place to find the unique fitting as a start. This is very easy to replace but pliers maybe needed to help get hooks out without working your fingers too hard on it. Compare new seal to old and match the unique bottom middle clip/hook. 5 minute job and I feel like this maybe a good maintenance item after 2-5 years of use. Noticing excess heat or side trims coming loose maybe a good sign seal is leaking. Visually the old one looks very flattened as well
