Convection fan would not start moving without manually spinning it. If I closed to oven door while still in motion, then it would continue functioning.

Looked online to find a Youtube video. Removed three screws and disconnected the wire assembly. Did reverse order to install the new fan.

Maytag oven convection fan would not turn on or spin.

Phillips Head Screwdriver

(1)Turn power source off & remove oven door and racks.
(2) Remove three Phillips head screws from convection fan cover, pull out the old fan and unplug from connector.
(3) Plug in new fan to connector.
(4) Place the cover back on and put in the three screws.
(5) Put the oven racks & door back on unit.
(6) Turn power source back on. This was an easy replacement process.
