Replaced drive shaft and old agitator was loose. New one was loose as well. Discovered the shaft was cheap. Made adjustments and part works great.
Tools
Screwdriver and wrench. Electrical tape for fitment.

My advice is buy factory shaft.

Problem
Knocking noise during wash cycle.
Tools
1/4" drive socket & ratchet.
Repair & Advice
1. Remove cap from the top of the wash plate to expose nut that secures wash plate.
2. Remove nut from wash plate.
3. Lift wash plate up to remove.
4. Install new wash plate.
5. Install nut to secure wash plate and tighten.
6. Install cap.
