The mullion on our fridge came apart - door wouldn't close

We have a Maytag French door fridge and the mullion between the 2 doors started splitting in half. Because of this you had to self guide the mullion to close the left door. Simple, but a pain to use 2 hands to close the door. I ordered the part, it came in a couple days. No instructions, but so easy they weren't necessary. The hardest part was figuring out what size hex nut it was. (1/4" for us) Repair took all of 15 mins. (This includes searching for the hex head.) Easy! Fridge is back to normal!

Easiest repair we have ever had in 40 years of home ownership. the refrigerator could not be closed without extreme precision as the mullion was broken and sliding as we tried to close. A plastic tab broke. We received the new part and within 5 minutes we had new one installed and DONE!

Our refridgerator mullion rail broke at the top so we had to order a replacement in order to correctly close/open the fridge. We followed the step by step directions via YouTube and now it works perfectly. Easy job to do even if you have no experience/repair skills.
