old drawer had rust stains from iron in the water. could not remove the stains

Easy, removed old drawer. removed washer face plate and put in on new drawer. Put new drawer back into washer

Liquid detergent and softener would not empty out of drawer assembly

Ratchet wrench, Phillips bit, socket wrench

Removing outer drawer pull from the old drawer assembly was a booger; didn't have the right tool. Had to use a ratchet wrench with a Phillips head bit to slowly loosen two screws. One had more head space, so I used a socket ratchet until it hit the pull part of the drawer. Slow going, but finally got it. Getting them back in was a little slower because the holes in the new new assembly were smooth and the screws defined the the threads and I could not apply pressure to the top of the screw. Patience was the key. Of course, the real key is having a power drill with a right angle!
