My dad who is up in age called stating he doesn't know but the handle to my oven door has fallen off. I started looking for one, the place around us were charging way to much and it without installation! I went on line found you guys price with shipping was great and still came in under what they wanted for the part here in town. Got the part I want to say it was next day, my dad again up in age said it took him a while to install only because he was doing it the wrong way! But once the find the correct way, it was on and doing its job in about 5 10 mins.
