Washer arms not rotating during use.

Repair & Advice
My washer arms were not rotating, so I replaced the impeller and the water inlet valve. This has helped but has not eliminated the problem for me.

Problem
Dishes came out dirtier than when they went in.
Tools
Tools used; magnetic flashlight, Phillips screw driver and i believe a 5/16, 7/16 nut driver's, needle nose pliers.
Repair & Advice
Simple job for the dumbest of us. only issue was in the videos i watched the impeller just wiggled right out. Ain't no way that works for anyone cept maybe the guy on the assembly line. That's why i needed a new impeller because that baby was married to the motor end shaft like it was their honeymoon nite. In pieces is how they come off. what do you expect with a brittle part made of I believe of polystyrene. Should be made of polypropalene, but then it would last too long.
