Problem
The washer was noisy, then froze and "died".
Tools
Plyers, sockets, time.
Repair & Advice
The key is knowing that there is a screw BEHIND the main control knob (just pull the knob off) on the front panel that allows you to remove the front panel, every other panel follows (lower front slips to left before off). prop some old phonebooks under the tub before you lift up to disconnect springs. check for leaks and tighten all clamps until leaks stop before replacing into service

Problem
Washing machine was making a loud noise during spin cycle determined it was a bearing in the drum.
Tools
Several tools used.
Repair & Advice
Basically removed top, front and rear of machine to get outter drum from machine. After removal split outter drum in half its bolted in the middle then remove inner drum. Replace rear of outter drum comes with new bearings and seal. Put machine back together check for leaks.
