Agitator was broken. All the fins at the bottom had come off.

Repair & Advice
Watched a video that showed me how to remove the agitator. Put a rope under it on both sides. I removed the softener container, it just pulls off. I then grabbed all 4 ends of the ropes and jerked quickly and hard and the agitator came right off.

Repair & Advice
Agitator kept coming off while washing clothes. I ordered a new agitator. The fins of the agitator line up with the grooves of the part that turns it. Just line it up. Slide it down. You should hear a click. You may have to push it down further to make sure it clicks and locks. Try pulling back up on the agitator at the base to make sure it is securely attached. Very easy to replace. Takes just seconds to complete.
