Timer knob would not advance the timer. The knob would turn, but the timer wouldn’t move.

I found a diy video on YOU TUBE before ordering the parts to be sure I would get the right parts. Googled to find your company, entered the GE washer model number and found the parts. I received the parts in a timely manner and they were an exact match. I followed the instructions on the video and they worked perfectly.
