Main knob on my dryer was cracked.

My dryer dial would not turn to a setting. Just spun. So I ordered a knob from this wonderful establishment. Chatted with tech help and he was great. Asked a question and he recommended the part. The dial knob. It came within 4 days, I put it on and boom, instant repair. I had my doubt that the knob would not work because we have been using pliers to turn it and thought we might have rounded out the post. But nope, all is good. In fact, the new dial knob works better than the original one. So dryer is better.
