While my wife almost burned the house down. I must admit I ain't even mad. I ended up with a 9th degree burn on my finger, but it's the cost of doing business. The product arrived in 2 days, which was surprising. My finger still looked terrible by the time we got our new oven grate. I've barely touched the stove ever since, but the piece fit perfectly. 10/10 would recommend this place for 0 problems and surprisingly fast delivery A+
