I assume when I installed the unit originally I over tightened the screws and snapped the plastic tabs holding the Vent Grille in place. Once I unscrewed the screws and removed the broken plastic pieces, installing the replacement part was a snap and less vigorous tightening of the screws.

The attachment points where the screw holds the grill on to the oven were broken.
