Your service was good... am really disappointed in knobs for my GE cooktop. Appliance was expensive yet knob melted within a few weeks. Did some online research.. appears many other owners have/had same problem. Surprising and disappointing that GE would make such cheap, plastic parts for an expensive item such as this.
