Problem
4 year old dishwasher stooped working - blue light began flashing (no code). At first I thought the problem was the door latch - tested continuity and it was fine. Then I tested the heating element - resistance was correct. Disassembled the darn thing to check pumps/ motors and they appeared to be fine… The board looked fine but decided to take a gamble and replace it (Parts Dr had a reasonable price) and got lucky. Dishwasher works like new … saved me from buying a new dishwasher.
Tools
Screwdrivers
Repair & Advice
Take the front panel of the door off - no need to pull out the dishwasher from under the counter. Remove the control board and replace.

Problem
Dishwasher went completely dead mid cycle.
Tools
Screwdrivers, small socket set, voltmeter, wire ties. electrical tape.
Repair & Advice
Dishwasher died mid-cycle. Warranty service decided they couldn't fix it(!) and refunded purchase price. I bought replacement control board from PartsDr and repaired it. Mechanically, the repair was trivial easy. Some electronics background was needed to figure out what was wrong - i.e. what part to order. PartDr part was exact replacement for OEM.
