Problem
The upper track on one side was not moving easily. Bearings had dropped out.
Tools
Screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Once the dishwasher was pulled out from under the counter the repair was pretty straightforward. The track on each side has 4 screws which must be accessed from the outside of the dishwasher. I would highly recommend replacing both left and right tracks at the same time. Also the plastic parts which connect with the track become brittle and break over time. To save time and shipping costs I would recommend ordering the plastic parts that connect to the tracks at the same time as ordering the tracks.
