Very easy to change. And there’s videos online for those need little help. Before I bought this new closer, I tried resetting the old one but it was already broken internally! All these Chinese made parts- appliances don’t last!

Repair & Advice
When removing the door remember to remove at a 90 degree angle unless it’s already failed. When reinstalling. Remove door hinge and put onto the new closer after installing into door. Move the closer 90 degrees to set the position. Reinstall the hinge with NEW bushing, reinstall door at 90 degree angle, reinstall top hinge screw and check alignment. Reconnect water and electrical if needed. Done.
