Problem
Failure of touch pad / control panel of dryer (GE - Cabrio)
Tools
Socket wrench, flat head screwdriver, You Tube video, cell phone (for photos) prayer.
Repair & Advice
Received the part in a timely manner and in good shape, watched the video, took lots of photos as I was disassembling, followed the instructions (really simple - 2 plugs, ten screws) from the video. Dried a load of laundry. I'm a 70 year old woman - who lives alone - and if I can do it - anyone can. (Seriously).

Problem
Clogged exhaust duct caused water buildup which in turn caused dryer Drum to throw small amounts of water that fried the circuitry in the display panel.
Tools
1/4" and 5/16" nut drivers
Repair & Advice
Replacement of the display was straight forward and a fairly simple task. Once the display was replaced and exhaust duct cleaned the dryer performed better than it had in quite a while.
