The faulty clip/retainer was easy to remove and replace.

The roller had broken loose from the plastic clip. This is also the clip that is used to raise and lower the upper rack.

I removed the grey plastic end caps from the slides of the upper rack and removed the upper rack. Observing the unbroken rollers I figured out how to install the new part. Returned the rack and reinstalled the grey plastic end caps. Reinstalling the end caps was the most difficult part. A diagram would have helped.
