Food items stacked on freezer shelves kept shifting around....

Owner's manual, model number and Internet connection Tried some make-shift baskets, but still had difficulty fitting items in freezer shelves and still having proper circulation, so went online and purchased another shelf.
Repair & Advice
Finally purchased an additional shelf. Should have done it sooner. I believe I will purchase another one. Organization and air-flow in the freezer compartment is so much better.
