The refrigerator door clear plastic tray/bin.................... now know as a TRIVET fell and broke. Went to your site first and fully provided Appliance make, model number and a full description of the door bin! Cross referenced it in two locations on the description page and was verified it fit that model refrigerator. When it arrived it was totally wrong. Little did I know that a door bin, shelf, tray whatever is actually a "TRIVET" A trivet is an object that is place between a serving dish and a dining tablet. But the good news IS we got the right part and all is well.
