Problem
Oven gas would not come on unless a stove burner was turned on.
Tools
Philips screw driver, 1/4" nut driver.
Repair & Advice
This was a strange problem. The original oven igniter would come on but the gas would not start flowing until a burner on the stove was turned on. You would have to leave the stove burner on during the whole oven cooking process or the oven would not come back on to maintain temp. I could not find any information about this problem on the internet except a few others have seen this same problem. Nobody commented on how they solved the problem. I ultimately decided to replace the igniter. It's strange because there is no connection between the stove burner and the oven curcuits. The igniter solved the problem! I hope this is a help to others.

Tools
Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Replacing the igniter was very easy, just remember to unplug the power cord. It's so simple a caveman could do it.
