Whirlpool Dishwasher was not starting with start button but other buttons next to start button was working
Tools
Bolt opener, pliers, screwdriver, knife point like to pull plastic socket of circuit board to take old out
Repair & Advice
I like Parts Dr. website what this website still should do is introduce artificial intelligent kind of software to understand customer appliance issue and suggest based on what can be wrong and replacement of what part can fix this likely and save hundreds of dollars in buying new and throwing old and keeping earth green. (Dr part can keep their motto as keeping earth green ;) ) as repair saves waste management. All I had to do was open dishwasher front cover and with few bolt open I was able to replace part.

Problem
Washer would not turn on, flashed error code.
Tools
Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Giving 5 stars for the quickness of the part getting here. Impressed!
Washer flashed error code. It was either UI Control board or the control board. We ended up replacing both. It worked for about 5 cycles, and now it seems another part has gone out. We think is the circulation pump. Maybe that's the nature of how things are made these days, a lot of parts seem to break at the same time.
If we order another part, we will likely use Parts Dr.
Thanks!

Problem
Whirlpool Gold Series Dishwasher flashing E2/F2 code
Tools
phillips and hex head screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Whirlpool Gold Series Dishwasher was flashing an E2/F2 code. After research, I learned it was most likely the User Interface board, but could also be the Control Board. It seemed like 50% of the reviewers replaced their UI Board and it worked fine, and the other 50% had to then replace the Control Board after replacing the UI Board. I did the recommended hard reset by switching off the breaker for about an hour, and the dishwasher worked fine for about an hour, then started flashing the code again. I ordered both the UI Board and Control Board at the same time because I tend to have bad luck and figured I was going to have to replace both. I replaced the UI Board first (very simple to do, hardest part was unclipping it from plastic housing it's in), and flipped the breaker back on. Dishwasher immediately started flashing the E2/F2 code. I cut the power and then replaced the Control Board as well (everything is color coordinated so it's hard to mess it up. Hardest part was removing the control board from the dishwasher door. There's a tab on top of the control board that lets it slide, fyi.) Flipped the breaker back on and all is well. No more error code. I've ran about 8 loads through the dishwasher with zero issues. All in all, a pretty simple repair, but the dishwasher is only 6 years old, so I'm not very happy with the quality from Whirlpool.
