Problem
Washer stuck with all lights on, even after power reset
Tools
Security thorx which a thorx with a dimple., hex nut driver
Repair & Advice
Washer was stuck with all lights on, ran diagnostics and did not result in any error code but ended alway stuck with all lights on. Ordered the controls panel, which was the most likely culprit. When the part arrived, unplugged power cord, opened the front panel with the dimpled thorx driver, removed the knobs, took pictures of the wiring (just in case), pulled out all the cable connectors (make sure to unlock their locking tabs for each connector) and a tubing, removed two screws with a hex nut driver, replaced the control board with the new one, secured the board with the two screws using the hex nut driver, routed the cabling and plugged back the connectors matching their colors and sizes (when in doubt look at the picture you took before dismantling it), install back the front panel assembly with the dimpled thorx driver along their knobs, power up and go through the calibration steps and you’re done.

Problem
All lights on the control panel were on. Washer would not start.
Tools
The screws holding the panel on are some kind of specialty Torx with a pin in the center. I had to use a vise grip to remove them and replaced with cross head machine screws. After that, the only tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
The only advice I can offer is to remove each plug from the old board one at a time and plug it into the new board. Way to easy to mix up the plugs and locations. Once they are all transferred, just install the new board.
