Problem
Dryer Timer stopped working

Repair & Advice
Dryer Timer piece that holds the knob in place and allows you to turn the timer snapped off. Had to remove the back panel of the dryer to access the timer and unscrew it off the drying machine. 3 or 4 wires will need to be unplugged from the dryer timer but it's very easy to remember where they go when replacing the timer. Once the old timer was removed and the new one was installed, I plugged in the wires and screwed the back panel back in. I placed the knob back on the timer and everything is back to working order!

Problem
Dryer timer stopped advancing so it would continuously run once started.
Tools
Screwdriver and socket wrench.
Repair & Advice
I was planning to do the repair myself, but needed my husband to remove the back. He ended up removing the back, unhooking the old part and replacing with the new one. It took him around 5 minutes and our dryer runs great! Saved so much money!
