Not enough shelf space.

Nothing.

Freezer comes with 3 wire shelves, 2 for upper and one for the lower. Ordered an additional upper and lower wire shelf. With the additional upper shelf, I have space only 3 1/2", but can still put small items and bagged veggies. The lower shelf, definitely increased space, so worth the money.

The freezer as purchased was lacking enough upper shelving for the effective use of the space.

No tools required.

The item part number was helpful, but the dimension helps provided assurance in selecting the correct shelf for my specific freezer. Shipping was very fast and packed well. The shelf fit perfectly.
