Repair & Advice
My less than 3 year old Whirlpool dishwasher began leaking - a quick search online showed a list of the most common culprits. Following the recommendations in order - I replaced the door seal - still leaked, I replaced the float switch - still leaked, I replaced the float - still leaked, I replaced the water inlet valve - still leaked - I Called a repair man. He had to call Whirlpool and was informed that all of that was unnecessary and the most likely culprit was the spray arm creating waves. This part was on back order and I was advised it would be faster to find it myself. I contacted Whirlpool and was promised the part as soon as it became available - STILL WAITING. (I checked 8 supply companies) PartsDr. notified me when the part was available - they shipped it immediately - it took less than a minute to install - AND FIXED the Leak!!! $380 later!

Problem
I accidentaly melted the lower sprayer arm in my dishwasher. I called my supplier and he said the replacement part was $50. Argh I was mad. So, I looked online and found this website. The exact part i needed was half! i had to pay shipping but that was okay because overall it was still less expensive than anywhere else. The packaging upon arrival, said it was straight from Whirlpool, so not only was it the exact part i needed, but genuine from the whirlpool factory. I am so happy!
