Repair & Advice
Nice to see that the engineers and designers acknowledge that there is a problem and made modifications so that the new part will not fail in the same way. My machine is two years old and I noticed a strange noise - opened the machine and the agitator was completely loose and spinning around with the clothes. Upon inspection I noticed that the bottom of the agitator where the bolt secures it had sheared off just about an eighth of an inch around 60 degrees of the bottom circle, enough to allow it to break free of the bolt head and fail.
Received the new part from Parts Dr and noticed that the agitator is the same, but they added a large steel washer, rubber spacer and longer bolt. Now the agitator bears on the entire washer diameter so load is distributed to a much larger area. Bolt comes with locktight already on bolt, so once tightened, it will stay in place. Proper socket and enough extension to reach down through the agitator, and you're good to go. Don't forget to save the upper part of the old agitator, which is the fabric softener dispenser, because you will reuse it. It snaps off with a screwdriver.

Repair & Advice
If literally took 5 minuets to install. Too bad the design is top heavy. It's the 2nd one that broke in 8 minutes. Shipping was great. It only took a day to get it.
