Inner element of a 2 element burner wasn't working.
Tools
Phillips screwdriver, nutdriver, multimeter.
Repair & Advice
The replacement burner had slightly different wiring. Patience and a little thinking and it made sense. Really pretty easy if you don't get intimidated by the slight differences in the parts.
