UL (unbalanced load) appears on screen and washer was extremely loud

Spackle knife, tape
Repair & Advice
Extremely simple project. Anyone can do this repair. Start by pulling the top of the washer toward you and sliding your spackle knife in the gap under the door about 4 -5 inches off each end. This will release the retaining clips. Then lift the whole top up and tape the door closed so it won't swing back on you. I suggest slipping a chain from the body of the machine to the top part you just loosened so it doesn't swing all the way back. Them simply lift each suspension rod from each corner off the mounting balls and drop the rod down through the hole. At the base of the tub the rod is clipped in, reach down and unclip the rod and it will free it. Insert new rod and make sure new clip clips in securely. Pull rod up through whole and insert new ball. Do that on each corner and your machine will run like new.
