Problem
The detergent door/ flap was not opening in the middle of the cycle. The soap remained in the compartment.

I did not fasten the panel tight enough the first time, which resulted in the dishwasher leaking from the bottom of the door. Once the panel was tightened enough to prevent water from going thru, it worked great.
