Problem
Tines were breaking off of the rack.
Tools
None needed. A flat blade screwdriver could be used, but I didn't need it.
Repair & Advice
I ordered the lower dishrack on a Sunday afternoon and selected standard shipping, it was shipped Monday and I received it on Tuesday. Talk about quick turnaround! The part arrived in pristine condition. I took the rollers and other accessories off of the old rack and put them on the new rack. I didn't use any tools, but some people might need to use a flat blade screwdriver.

Problem
The rack tines were either rusted at the base or had broken off completely.
Tools
I used a small flat head screw driver.
Repair & Advice
I needed to watch an instruction video on u tube to complete the work and would it is a requirement unless you are familiar with the process of swapping all of the hardware from the old tray to the replacement product. It is not intuitive.
