Washer was not sensing the door lock. You could hear it just clicking. (Old bad lock & latch).

Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
The replacement is pretty easy for a Kenmore coin-op washer. You just need specific heads for your screwdriver to take out the tamper-resistant screws on the front and something for the nuts underneath. (Don't lose them since this replacement assembly doesn't come with screws.) You need to also take off the top front panel to unplug and plug the new lid lock & latch assembly from underneath. Took only 30 minutes to finish.
