Fairly easy repair after consulting online manuals and watching some YouTube videos. It’s essentially two screws and a few electrical harnesses. 5-10 mins to replace the control board and put everything back together. A few hrs to figure everything out beforehand.

Problem
Whirlpool WFG524SLAS0 Oven Would Not Turn Off, plus F3E2 errors.

Repair & Advice
Our Whirlpool oven started getting F3E2 errors and eventually it would not shut off. Unplugging or flipping the breaker was the only way to turn the oven off. I checked the oven temp sensor for resistance and it seemed fine. So I replaced the control module-although pricey, cheaper than getting a new comparable oven at more than double the price. This control board was a perfect fit and we have had no problems since installing it.
