Problem
The top rack of the dishwasher would not pull out and push in easily due to the rack support breaking off of the track's wheel.

Repair & Advice
This part is simple to replace. First you take off the end cap of the track. Second, pull out the old part by tilting it off of the rack and sliding toward the end of the track. (My support was not easy to get out because of calcium build up. I used pliers to pull it out. It broke the part, but it was already broken anyway.) Next, slide the new part onto the track making sure the wheel is in the proper place inside the track. Then snap the rack into the desired slot of the support. Lastly, put the end cap back on the rack.

Repair & Advice
The wife pulled the top rack out to unload the clean dishes. And I heard the sound of breaking glass followed by damn it. That was the first indication that I had a problem with the dishwasher. Oh and the machine. I looked at the parts. Took the model number and did a search on line . Parts Dr came in with what I needed and at a price I was more than happy to pay. The parts arrived fast and the whole repair took less than 15 minutes from removal to re installation.
