Problem
Microwave vent grill plastic clips broke.
Tools
#2 Phillips head screwdriver, box cutter knife, and one drop of super glue
Repair & Advice
Simple fix, especially since the that were screwed to the oven had broken leaving the only two screws fastening the grill to the vent exposed. new piece fit on just like the old, but did not come with the whirlpool emblem. A box cutter razor's edge was used to break the double stick tape bond from the old grill, leaving most of the tape still adhering to the emblem. A touch of super glue and it looks just like new! No one will ever know it was just replaced!

Problem
Old vent cap broke.
Tools
Phillips head screw driver and a step stool.
Repair & Advice
Simply place the vent cap above the microwave ensuring the lower retaining clips enter their designated openings and tilt the top of the vent so the screw openings line up. Insert the old screws. Step back and marvel at how good your microwave looks like it's part of the cabinetry again.
