Rubber seal around dryer door came off partially, ended up getting wrapped in some clothes and was completely stretched out and useless.

None!

I pulled off the old seal, applied the adhesive that came with the new seal, put the new seal in place and checked to make sure the adhesive was consistent under the seal. I then closed the dryer door and left it sit for a day and now it's good as new!'

Seal around dryer door came loose.

GooGone, sandpaper, rubbing alcohol, rag, gloves.

Used GooGone to remove old adhesive, and sanded groove to remove any excess. Cleaned w/ rubbing alcohol and allowed to air dry. Practiced placing a seal on without adhesive first so would know how to position. Used disposable gloves when using adhesive & placing seal on. Pressed seal down, and smoothed out any excessive adhesive in the gap. Followed drying times per adhesive package.

Seal fell off the dryer door

Just the glue that came with the new seal

We attempted to remove the residual apoxy from the previous seal but it wouldn't come off. We ended up leaving it because there was very little left. We did attempt to glue the new seal on backwards (inside out?) at first and it was NOT working but when we figure that out and flipped it around it worked fine. Basically, the smooth side goes against the door and the odd looking side faces out. After we held it correctly in place for a few minutes we wiped off the extra glue with a wet wipe and then closed the dryer door for the 6 days (Sun-Sat). We did 8 loads of laundry last weekend and the seal has been holding up great.
