Repair & Advice
This washer was purchased over 6 years aqo, but not being used, since our original washer
after being repaired twice continued working till this year 2020, when we decided to use this unused washer that we thought was ok, connected it and it was fine until it started spinning
to rinse the clothes, the noise and shaking on the washer was soo much we had to stop the cycle and open it up to find loose concrete pieces inside. we looked up the weight concrete pieces according to the brand of the washer and found the on Parts Dr. ordered them, they came in quick but damaged, so we emailed them same day , and they sent us the parts
even quicker at no charge. Installed them and the washer is great and working beautifully.
Thank You Parts Dr.

Problem
Original Top Counter Weight Broke after Bearing replacement.
Tools
Used Socket and Ratchet to mount this time with new Counter Weight instead of 3/8" small impact drill with Original Part.
Repair & Advice
Everything was great. Delivery was very fast and repair was not bad since I had the right tools this time. The only Problem was that my Part was damaged upon arrival. Chunks of concrete was broken off one end. Needed to get the washer going so installed part anyway. Took pictures of Part broken in Box and what it looked like out of the box. The part seems to be working for now.
