Important Note

The installation of this compressor requires a software update. This part will need to be installed by a licensed and trained LG technician that is able to update the software. Part number CJT30000002 is needed to program and is sold separately. Also, the three pins on the side of the new compressor may be oriented differently than the original. If different, when installing the new compressor the compressor electrical connector must be rotated 45 degrees counter-clockwise.

Replacement for my LFXS30766S /02 fridge original compressor, which quit working after only 4 years.

Torch, vacuum pump, freon, gauges, access valve.
Repair & Advice
Not for regular DIY, unless you can work with freon, braze tube. Hopefully this one will last a little longer. Also needed a programming tool PD00052818 to reprogram my processor board.
