Washer door leaked due to torn gasket

Screw driver, pliers, small socket set
Repair & Advice
Repair was not difficult. Removed 2 screws from back holding top on. Removed screws holding soap dispenser. Moved soap dispenser out of the way removed setting panel. Removed screws holding door latch and door switch. Removed door gasket outer retainer clamp. Pushed door gasket towards drum. Removed hose and screws in filter compartment. Removed screws in top and bottom of front panel. Pulled top of front panel out enough to unhook hoses on door gasket. Removed inner door gasket clamp. Pulled door seal out and replaced with new one. Reassembled. Instructions may not be all inclusive, or in order, but are close.

Replacement of the door seal is very easy to do. There are a few extra steps for the newer washers that you won't see on any YouTube videos at the time of this feedback. For instance, there are two screws at the bottom of the front panel that have to come off. If your washer is on a pedestal, no problem. If not, you might consider a couple of 2x4 blocks under the front to easily access them.
