Jenn-Air glass cooktop radiant element cartridge unit stopped functioning in our built-in stove cooktop. The current cartridge was replaced years ago purchased at Home Depot. The unit served us well, quality product, but no longer available at big box/brick and mortar appliance stores. Becoming a rarity on-line as well.

No tools required. The cartridge slides in to the 4 prong outlet in the original built-in stove cooktop unit.

Our built-in Jenn-Air cooktop unit was original to our home built in 1979. It was a 2 cartridge built in configuration with one side an optional griddle unit. Did not use the griddle much. The #JEA8120DBA radiant element cartridge fit perfectly... both sides. Kudos to Parts Dr. and Jenn-Air/ Whirlpool for still supplying these replaceable parts online. We will be remodeling the kitchen in the next few years. Finding this replacement part bought us time to do the remodel with ease in planning and thought. Ordering and shipment efficient. Packed well. Priced right! Almost criminal concerning ease of install!

Our older model Jenair glass stovetop had a big crack in it and the front burner didn’t work. The store here in Anchorage said they’d have to replace the whole top which would come to over $1000 with labor.

No tools.

I found the plug-in replacement burner section on your website and had it in a few days. I’m more than happy with your service. Great company!
