Problem
Pulsator plate in my washer came loose because the grooves in the plate stripped out. A replacement plate was the only way to fix it.
Tools
Screwdriver, socket wrench.
Repair & Advice
I popped the cap off the pulsator plate with a flat head screwdriver, loosened the bolt on the plate, then pulled it out. I put the new plate in the washer (some pressure required) then tightened it down with a socket wrench. I snapped the cap back in place. All done. Very easy.
