Tools
Screwdriver
Repair & Advice
We figured the mother board was fried because we could smell it burning. We ordered this replacement part and put it back it just like the old one and the washer has been working ever since!!

Problem
Washer was locking up which mostly occurred during the rinse cycle. Would have to unplug/replug from outlet to get it going again. Sometimes it would blink on and off after plugging back in and had to unplug/replug again. After dealing with this for a month or so the washer finally failed to power up.
Tools
Phillips screwdriver to remove top and board cover. Used multi-meter to verify the board was getting power. Used flat blade Screwdriver to pop wire connectors loose.
Repair & Advice
Very easy repair. Removed the top, verified power to the board with a multi-meter, ordered a board, r & r the board, reassembled the top.
